I have known Beno for 10 years now and worked with his team on multiple works around my property. I don't think there is a room in the house that Beno hasn't worked on; to name a few the works include structural alteration to the lounge, removal of the chimney breast and installation of RSJs, plastered and redecorated multiple rooms, refurbishment of the bathrooms and kitchen. New garden patio, new fence, flower beds etc. I was happy to leave him and the team work on my property and deliberately went on holiday during the works in full confidence that the house was safe. On my return the house was very clean the the works done to a very high standard.
I am continually in touch with them and ask for their advice and services whenever I need any design and construction works done. I do not hesitate recommending Coste + Beno to my neighbours and friends. You might get cheaper price but I doubt that the quality will match that of Beno's team.

Marius has been our architect, working with us to design a rear and side extension on our semi detached house in Oxhey Hall. The design includes repositioning the stairs and main bathroom, creating an open plan kitchen and living area, extending the third bedroom and adding a bathroom downstairs.
Marius completed the technical drawings, applied for planning permission and permission to move the drains with the water supplier. He has also been available to liaise with our builder and party wall surveyor to ensure we were able to start the build with no complications. Our house is in a conservation area, Marius has had a good understanding of this, which is reflected in the plans being agreed.
Marius has always been approachable and willing to help. He is very conscientious and a listened to what we wanted, allowing us to be creative but realistic.
We would highly recommend Marius, he has made the daunting process of applying for planning permission a lot less stressful than imagined. It has been a pleasure working with him.
