Architecture & Design
Coste + Beno is driven by design. We create all the architectural documentation, from early concept design to planning drawings, building regulation specifications, listed building consent applications, mechanical and electrical packages and structural design and calculations. We work close with the client to create mood boards, interior design schemes and help with product sourcing through our large network of national and international suppliers.
Construction Services
The art of building things and creating spaces is the valuable skill that can be found in all of our team, from designers to carpenters. We cover a wide spectrum of building works to ensure we are in control of the quality of the whole construction process. We run regular site meetings and reports so the client is always connected to the development of the project.
Bespoke Services
Each client and brief is unique so we offer bespoke services in response to the particularities and challenges of each project. We focus a lot of our attention on building bespoke joinery by our skilled craftsmen, custom light fixtures and furniture items that are unique.
Maintenance
Once a project is completed we offer maintenance contracts to our clients to give them peace of mind that their property is taken care of and properly serviced throughout the year. We create an annual programme with a bespoke scope of maintenance works for each project.
